Celebrating 5 Years of Saterman Connect: Reflecting, Evolving, and Amplifying What's Next
To our Clients, Colleagues, Collaborators, and Community,
Five years ago, we launched Saterman Connect with a bold vision: to amplify people’s potential and impact business results. Today, we pause with gratitude to reflect on the journey — a journey filled with learning, challenge, laughter, growth, and partnership.
Building Together

Celebrating Nettie
A foundational part of our story is Nettie Nitzberg, a co-founder, strategist, and brilliant thought partner. Nettie has made the decision to begin a new chapter — moving into partial, and in the future, full, retirement.
Her leadership shaped the strategies and initiatives that brought our mission to life. While she’s stepping away from daily operations, Nettie remains deeply connected as:
A Strategic Advisor
A Lead Champion for our eLearning platform
A Brand Ambassador and lifelong advocate
We are so proud of her — and excited to support her new interior design business, Four56 Decorating.

What's Next: New Platforms, Broader Access
This moment isn’t just a reflection — it’s a launchpad. We’re excited to share two major evolutions:
1. Our very own eLearning Platform (Launches NOW)
Soon to be over 10 engaging, interactive eCourses (and growing!)
Topics include: Developing Your Direct Reports, the 5 C’s of Effective Leadership, Navigating Change, and more
Designed for all levels — emerging, rising, growing, advancing, and senior executives
Available via licensing for companies or as individuals through our new LMS (learning management system) at SatermanConnect.com
Open enrollment format for emerging and rising leaders
Built around our Arrive. Drive. Thrive. framework
Practical tools for people navigating their first steps as a people leader — or assessing if that path is right for them
We believe leadership development should be accessible, inclusive, and impactful — for everyone.

Looking Forward
Stepping into a new leadership role—or still finding your voice?
We are grateful — deeply — to every client, colleague, and contributor who has shaped our story to date. You’ve challenged us, trusted us, and grown with us.
Our vision remains clear: a world where inclusive leadership isn’t an initiative — it’s the standard.
So here’s to you — and to us.
To the next five years and more.
To learning that leads to impact.
And to leadership that brings everyone forward.
With appreciation and excitement,
Josh, Nettie, Michael, and the Saterman Connect Team
